Verdi Studios is a third-generation, family-run photography studio in London’s East End, established in 1976.

​

We are a father-daughter team, offering a hands-on, personal service that has been trusted by clients for decades. Much of our work comes through recommendation and repeat custom, reflecting our focus on quality, honest advice, and excellent customer service.

 

Our studio combines traditional photography skills with the latest digital imaging and printing techniques. Around 99% of our photographic products are made on-site in our East London studio, using only the highest-quality materials sourced in the UK.

We do not use or promote unethical image retouching. You can read more about why, here.

Images on our website, social media, and in the studio are not retouched or digitally altered.

1976 - 2005

Green Street, Forest Gate​

For 30 years, we were proud to serve the local communities by creating memories to last a lifetime. We worked exclusively with Hasselblad cameras, producing high quality, professional photography in this East London studio.

​

All photographs were developed and printed on-site in our own darkroom, each image being perfecting by hand - a level of craftsmanship that continues to influence the way we work today.

1999 - 2013

Seven Kings, Ilford​

In the late 90's, many of our long-standing clients began relocating from East London to Essex. To continue providing the same trusted service, we opened a second branch of Verdi Studios in Seven Kings.

2014 - present day

Chadwell Heath, Romford​

After designing and building our entire Studio from scratch, we opened our doors in January 2014. This purpose built space is the sole and permanent home of Verdi Studios.

​

Parm specialises in bespoke picture framing, custom mount and glass cutting, and canvas stretching - all of his work is handmade with precision and care.

​

Kirsty looks after everything photography related, from creating the images, and professionally graded printing, to client consultations, social media, sales, and even this very website!
